1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and daddywin ("daddywin", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of daddywin.club. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the daddywin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the daddywin platform. Your continued use of daddywin following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on daddywin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. daddywin does not permit access to or use of its services by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a daddywin account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, or contractor of daddywin, or an immediate family member of such an individual.

daddywin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, shared computer, or payment method. Opening duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daddywin username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

You must notify daddywin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. daddywin will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

daddywin employs SSL/TLS encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions. Nonetheless, you are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access daddywin is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised access by third parties.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on daddywin are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your daddywin wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. daddywin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. daddywin reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods from which they have previously deposited, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.

daddywin reserves the right to charge administrative fees on withdrawals in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to accounts with no qualifying wager activity prior to requesting a withdrawal of deposited funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, daddywin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times bonus funds (or the deposit-and-bonus combined) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Expiry dates: Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire within the stated period and are forfeited without compensation.
• One-promotion-per-player rule: Unless stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only.

daddywin takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any winnings derived from such conduct will be voided and the account suspended.

6. Betting Rules and Game Fairness

All games available on daddywin — including live dealer titles, video slots, and virtual sports — utilise independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software or real-time dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

daddywin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or that was made on an event with an obvious pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's daddywin wallet.

For sportsbook wagers, daddywin follows industry-standard settlement rules. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or decided by walkover, relevant sportsbook rules — as published in the Sportsbook Terms section of the platform — shall govern settlement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on daddywin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with daddywin games or the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to daddywin support.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to fund a daddywin account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or the KYC process.
• Allowing a third party to operate your daddywin account on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

daddywin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All registered players have access to the following tools via their account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits over defined time periods
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods)
• Permanent self-exclusion, effective immediately upon request

daddywin will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on daddywin.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of daddywin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any daddywin content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daddywin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the daddywin platform. daddywin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

daddywin does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which daddywin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through daddywin's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before an independent dispute resolution body recognised by daddywin's licensing authority.

To initiate a complaint, contact daddywin support in writing at support@daddywin.club. daddywin will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receipt.

12. Amendments to These Terms

daddywin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the daddywin platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of daddywin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using daddywin and request account closure.
